Retired and ready to go.
This blog will be a narrative of our travels since retirement in April 2010. The journey, beginning in May, will take Peg and me from North Carolina, via the southern route, west to California, and up the coast to Washington and return via the northern route, through Michigan, then south back to NC. There will be minimal use of the Interstates so we can catch the heart of America from the old Blue Highways. Watch this post for photos and dialogue, and yes, a few opinions along the way. Enjoy.

ReplyDeleteFor adults yes, water temp was 64 degrees, I need 80 +. For grandkids, not a problem.
